Mean: When customer enter into the restaurant for reserved order. The Calendar reservation needs to be Checked-In to add items to the order or make payments.

Access: In order to perform calendar reservation checked-in the Restaurant POS user required to select calendar reservation from the dashboard.

Mean: Placing a takeout order mean if a guest is not dinging and need to take food item from restaurant outlet and go away. It is mean a takeout order.

Access: In order to perform a takeout order in the Restaurant POS selects the Take-Out option from the dashboard.

Mean: Settling a bill means paying for an order. Here to settle a bill not only one payment method but also the different multiple payment methods can apply.

Access:In order to perform a multiple payment bill settlement in the Restaurant POS access the dashboard and then select payment option.

Mean:Duty meal provide for the employees of the restaurant. It needs to record with the employee’s name.

Mean: When the same bill needs to be separate for different bills this split bill option can be used.

Access:In order to perform a split bill user needs to go to the saved order and select the split bill option.

Mean: User can use order cancellation option to cancel an order according to the internal or external customer request.

Access: Select manager option of the dashboard and select the order cancellation option to cancel the order.

Mean: User can use payment cancellation option to cancel a payment after customer paid the bill or according to the internal request.

Access: Select manager option of the dashboard and select the cancel payment option to cancel the payment.

10 How to Cancel an Advanced Deposit?

Mean: User can use advanced deposit cancellation option to cancel an advanced deposit after customer deposit the advance.

Access: Select manager option of the dashboard and select the cancel adv. deposit option to cancel the deposit.

11 How to use cash drop and cash in options?

Mean: User can use cash-in option to enter money to the cash drawer of the property and cash-drop option to take away the money from the drawer.

Access: manager option of the dashboard and then select the cash-drop option and then select the required radio option.

12 How to cancel wastage?

Mean: User can use wastage cancellation option to cancel any kind of entered wastage to the system.

Access: Select manager option of the dashboard and then select the wastage cancellation option to cancel the wastage.

13 How to unlock member?

Mean: Activate the inactive members of the list mean unlock the members.

Access: Select a table and select member search option and unlock icon and unlock the required members

14 How to deposit an advance?

Mean: System facilitate to deposit an advance of a customer for a specific order.

Access: Select the payment option of the dashboard and then select the advanced deposit option to deposit the advance amount.

15 How to print a checkout bill?

Mean:System facilitates to pay the bill of a customer at the checkout and print the bill.

Access: Select the payment option of the dashboard and select the required order and complete the payment process of the order and then system automatically print the checkout bill.

16 How to perform a Day end?

Mean: Preform a Day end means after finished all the shifts of the day user has to settle all of the bills and all of the transaction of the day. It means the day end.

Access: Select the cashier option from the dashboard and select the shift management option to perform the day end.

17 How to perform a Delivery?

Mean: Delivery supports to deliver the food from restaurant to the customer via hotel itself, Pickme or Uber

Access: the Delivery option from the dashboard.

18 How to perform city ledger settlement?

Mean: City ledger means collection of accounts of the restaurant with unpaid credit basis bills.

Access: Select the payment and then city ledger option or city ledger settlement option.

19 How to settle a city ledger?

Access: Dashboard>> Payment>> City Ledger Settlement

20 How to settle multiple orders?

Mean: Settle multiple orders through one bill.

Access:Select the payment option and then multiple option to settle the multiple orders through one bill.
