Malinda Perera is the Director Learning & Development of Boost hotels (Pvt) Ltd. A versatile Consultant and Trainer in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in training both internationally and locally. He has over 20 years work experience in hospitality industry and held the positions of General Manager in Bagan Lodge, Myanmar, Training Specialist in Norwegian Cruise Lines, Miami, USA, Group Training Manager of Jetwing Hotels Sri Lanka and F&B Lecturer at SLITHM, Sri Lanka.
He has studied in Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management (ITH), Salzburg, Austria, SLITHM, Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management and member of CHSGA. Our best advantage to have him on board, Malinda understands the Training point of view, very well.

A Consultant and Corporate Trainer in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in Hotel Operations, both internationally and locally. He has over 35 years work experience in hospitality industry including, MAS Holdings, Oberoi, Taj Samudra, Ramada Renaissance, Serendib Leisure, Aitkin Spence, Holiday Inn, Ramada Hotel.
He has studied in SLITHM, Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management and member of CHSGA. Our best advantage to have him on board, Fritz has extensive experience in the corporate world.
